For inquiries through our website, please allow up to three hours for a response during working hours. Some treatments may require a patch test, which can be performed during your consultation. you have an existing appointment at the salon, please inform me, and I will do my best to conduct patch test while you are there. All online bookings should be confirmed the day before your treatment. I will reach out using the contact details provided on the form, so please ensure they are accurate. If I cannot confirm your appointment, it will need to be canceled. Facial and other products on sale can be collected either from the salon or delivered to your home.
